The incumbent manages all administrative functions within the Office of Defense Cooperation; including, but not limited to, cooperative engagement programs between USPACOM and DoD Activities and the Indonesian Government, Personnel Administration, Public Relations, Office Management, publications library, Correspondences, ODC event schedule, record and file management. The Incumbent assists in planning, preparation, execution and post-event activities for logistic, administration and other support. S/He also assists Financial Management Officer in maintaining financial record and serves as Protocol Officer for the ODC.
Two years college study in Management, or advanced administrative college is required
At least five (5) years progressive experience in administrative, office management or related field is required.
Level IV (fluent) in speaking/reading/writing/editing in English and Bahasa Indonesian is required. Must be able to draft correspondence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia without supervision and provide accurate translation of financial documents, quotations and billings from Bahasa Indonesian to English.
Must be thoroughly familiar with project management and logistical coordination.
Must have a high level of analytical skills and sound judgment and capable of operating with minimal guidance and supervision.
Must have superior organizational, communication, administrative skills and competency in computer applications such as word, database, and web base.
