Logistics Assistant / Officer – Aerospace (Perm/Contract)
(Singapore – Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, ALPS Avenue)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse administration duties
  • Monitor the unserviceable parts for repairs by local and overseas vendors
  • Manage spares receipt and dispatch them to various destinations with relevant documentations
  • Stock inventory management and the documentation control of aircraft spares
  • Handle all inbound shipments including management of non-conformities of shipments
  • Handle all outbound shipments and perform ship-out arrangement in accordance to the IATA regulations
  • Maintain high quality customer service standards and meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain system inventory in Enterprise System and ensuring the accuracy of the SAP database
  • Assist Supervisor in ensuring conformity to Quality records

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant experience in call center environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, process driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work in different warehouse locations on a 24 by 7 rotating shift basis
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Hands-on experience in handling Warehouse Management System (WMS) / SAP will be an added advantage
